Hisham El-Badawy has more than 25 years of professional experience in HR management, recruitment, assessment, training, and project management. He specializes in practical experience in generating HR strategies, structures, functions, policies, and procedures. He has extensive practical experiences in design and conduct assessment centers, develop career planning, learning and development programs, strategies, and performance management systems.
He works on HR management and development, performance management, competency models, HR audit, international assessment centres, training and executive coaching. He has international practical experience in organization design and structures, talent management, succession planning, recruitment and selection. He is a Certified Assessor and HR Consultant, specialised in people development within the organizational environment and workplace, he is a Professor of Human Development at the American University in Cairo.
