Sanjay Jha

Sanjay Jha is a Principal with Signium India and is presently located in Delhi. His capabilities lie in the
Telecom, Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing (Automotive, Pulp, Fiber and Chemical), and Consumer Goods sectors.

Prior to joining Signium, he worked with leading Executive Search firms S.T. Shah & Co., ABC consultants/Manpower Group and BTI Consultants. During this tenure as a search consultant, he has handled assignments across India, EMEA, Americas, Middle East and Southeast Asia.

He possesses over 33 years of work experience. His initial assignment was in the IT education sector, where he handled training and later franchisee operations. Sanjay spent over a decade in the IT education sector, before moving to specialized recruitment services.

Sanjay is a science graduate by qualification from Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University.

In his leisure time, he loves cooking Indian food and driving.
