Moonho Ahn

Moonho joined Signium in May 2026 after serving as a Partner at InterSearch and Korn Ferry’s Seoul office. He specializes in executive search assignments for CEOs, C-level executives, and outside directors.

His industry focus includes Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and Management Consulting. He has extensive experience across electronics, telecommunications, semiconductors, software, fintech, e-commerce, and digital platforms. He has led executive and leadership searches for major Korean conglomerates, mid-sized firms, startups, and multinational corporations.

Moonho has successfully completed key searches for high-growth startups and mid-sized companies, contributing to successful IPOs in Korea. In addition, he has served as CEO, Sr. Executive Officer, and outside director for affiliates of Korea’s top conglomerates and startups. He held executive leadership roles at a global management consulting firm. Through more than 30 years of experience, he has built deep industry expertise and a strong C-level network with significant international business and overseas work experience.

Moonho earned a Master’s degree in Economics from Duke University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hanyang University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, movies, music, and traveling with his family.
