Fernanda Somera

Fernanda joined Signium in 2023. She has solid Human Resources experience consolidated in Talent & Acquisition at national and multinational companies. Her experience includes roles at a renowned Executive Search firm. As a Headhunter, she operates in several sectors, with emphasis on agribusiness, automotive, pharmaceutical, mining, steel, infrastructure, technology, chemical, retail and telecom.

Fernanda worked as a Lead Recruiter for IBM, managing the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) project for Syngenta in Brazil and reporting to Latin America. She began her consultancy career through internship and trainee programs at multinational companies in the agribusiness and durable goods segments.

She graduated with a degree in Psychology from FMU and has a Master’s Degree in HR Management from BSP (Business School São Paulo). She is also certified in assessment and agile recruitment methodology.
