Neslihan Yaman Akan

Neslihan Yaman Akan joined Signium in Istanbul as a Managing Partner in May 2025. She brings extensive experience in executive search and leadership advisory, most recently serving as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry for nearly 15 years, where she specialized in C-Suite and Board-level placements across Turkey.

Neslihan is a trusted advisor placing C-level executives across all industries, with a particular focus on Financial Services, Private Equity, Board Member and Financial Officers practices. She works closely with clients to identify, attract, and retain top-tier leadership talent. She is passionate about helping organizations thrive through exceptional hires and also supports professionals in navigating and advancing their careers.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Neslihan held executive roles in industry, including serving as Executive Committee Member at Liberty Mutual Turkey. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Manager at Accenture, where she led large-scale business and organizational transformation programs across Turkey, Greece, and Hungary. She began her professional journey as an auditor at Ernst & Young in Istanbul.
Neslihan holds a BA in Business Administration from Bosphorus University and has completed executive education programs at the Kellogg School of Management.
